How long does a typical project take from start to launch?

Most web platforms and focused business portals take 2 to 4 weeks. Larger custom management systems (such as school platforms or SACCO records) typically take 6 to 10 weeks, delivered in progressive sprint milestones so you can test working software along the way.

How do you handle pricing and payment milestones?

We use transparent, fixed-scope milestone pricing. We agree on the exact deliverables and schedule upfront, with payments tied to completed milestones. You will never encounter hidden fees or surprise invoices.

Who owns the software and data once it is deployed?

You do. Your organization retains 100% ownership of your business data, database, and custom codebase. We never lock you into proprietary black-box systems.

What if our staff is not very tech-savvy? Do you train our team?

Yes. We design software around how your team actually works, keeping interfaces simple and clear. After launch, we conduct hands-on training sessions with your staff and provide clear guides until everyone is confident using the system.

Where are you based, and how do we communicate during the project?

We are based in Mbarara, Uganda (Amazon Building, Hive Colab). We communicate directly via WhatsApp, phone, email, and scheduled in-person or video walkthroughs. You work directly with our engineering team, with regular demos as your software is built.

What happens if we need updates or technical support after launch?

We provide dedicated post-launch support to resolve any issues, monitor uptime, and keep security up to date. We also offer monthly maintenance agreements if you want ongoing improvements and feature additions.
